A Healing Space:
Ritual, Plants and Song
An 18-week personal healing journey infused with plants, rituals and songs.
Drop into a safe and nourishing space where you can receive, release and reconnect.
Each week will have a specific healing focus, and we will begin by meeting a plant or herb and learning about its supportive abilities in healing rituals. An opportunity for you to receive healing through a restorative ritual or guided meditation will also be held for the group. I will offer healing tools, songs or ceremonies that you can take home with you, to help you stay in alignment with the week’s healing intentions. (No singing in front of others required!)
Each person will receive a package of dried herbs, plants, tea bags, salt and clay. These items will help you to connect personally with each plant in whatever way you feel called (teas, baths, incense, altar bundles, etc.), with suggestions and instructions provided.
It is my hope that your time in this healing space will be both nourishing and restorative, and will also give you supportive resources to use in your life moving forward.
Format: This class is entirely online. Although live attendance is hoped for and encouraged, classes will be recorded. The class is centered around personal healing practices. No partner work is required.
When: Wednesdays, 5pm - 6:30pm Pacific Time (Please note there is no class on March 22nd or May 17th).
